Mountain’s Edge - HOA
Owners at Mountain’s Edge pay a monthly master plan HOA fee, along with a secondary subdivision HOA fee that may be charged monthly or quarterly. There are some homes within Mountain’s Edge that are in 3 HOA’s, whereby owners are responsible to pay 3 separate HOA’s. HOA payments cover costs associated with maintaining the community grounds, insurance, HOA management, etc. While nobody loves to pay money toward an HOA, it is ultimately a great thing because it keeps the community nicely maintained, which means property values maintain and demand stays in place for resale.
